- You understand that lightstick pricing includes extra care, packaging, and handling fees.
All payments are securely processed. We don’t store any credit card info on our servers.
🚚 2. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Processing time is usually 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or shipping carrier issues — but we’ll always help where we can.
🔁 3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include photos.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or unboxed lightsticks
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
